Mraz Tax Solutions LLC serves Huntington Beach clients remotely from our Rancho Santa Margarita office. After engagement, we provide access to our secure client portal for uploading tax records, and you can arrange a phone or video review.

Catching up on a return or responding to a notice
For past-due returns, start with the years involved and any agency correspondence. If you received an IRS notice, read the response date and contact us promptly: deadlines vary by notice. Please keep sensitive documents out of the website contact form; we provide portal access after engagement.

Review and filing
We generally review the draft return with you. If you cannot meet or prefer independent review, we provide a draft and answer questions before you approve and e-sign the filing authorization. Timing is estimated after reviewing completed documents and scope.
For an office meeting, please arrange an appointment in Rancho Santa Margarita. Tax-document drop-offs require a signed engagement agreement and prior arrangement. Huntington Beach is not on our published pickup-area list; contact us to discuss availability rather than assuming collection is offered.
