For Ladera Ranch clients, Mraz Tax Solutions LLC offers remote preparation and appointments at our Rancho Santa Margarita office. A new business, rental property, stock sale, or change in household circumstances can affect the records and forms needed for your return.
We prepare individual returns and business returns and help connect the two when you have self-employment income or business ownership. Tell us what changed since the previous return so we can identify missing information early.
Upload, arrange pickup, or plan an office visit
After a signed engagement agreement, we provide access to our secure client portal for uploading tax documents. Ladera Ranch is in our pickup service area. Pickup requires prior arrangement and an agreed additional fee.
Office visits are by appointment. We accept tax-document drop-offs after a signed engagement agreement and by prior arrangement. Please request an appointment before visiting Rancho Santa Margarita.
Timing and your return review
We will provide a timing estimate after reviewing your completed documents and the scope of your return. Timing varies with complexity and deadlines.
We generally review your draft return with you. If you prefer to review it on your own or cannot meet, we provide a draft and answer your questions. After you approve the return and e-sign the required filing authorization, we file it.
Specific tax advice and ongoing planning follow engagement terms. Quarterly planning meetings are available for a separate fee and are not included with preparation. Learn more about pricing and written quotes.
