Document Pickup Service
At Mraz Tax Solutions LLC, we understand that some clients prefer the convenience of having their tax documents collected in person.
This service is designed for clients who value convenience, have time constraints, or prefer not to transmit documents electronically. We offer in-person document pickup for clients located in select Orange County cities for an additional service fee.
* Please note that document pickup is only available for Orange County residents. Additional fees may apply.
How Document Pickup Works
Clients who choose document pickup may request a scheduled collection of their tax documents at their home or business location. A member of our team will coordinate a mutually agreeable time to collect the documents securely and transport them directly to our office for processing.
1. Logged & Tracked
Immediately upon collection, your documents are logged into our system for full accountability.
2. Reviewed for Completeness
Our team performs an initial check to ensure we have everything needed to start your return.
3. Securely Stored
Files are stored securely in accordance with our strict privacy and data protection practices.
This service is available for both individual and business clients.

We currently offer document pickup services in the following Orange County cities:
Aliso Viejo, Coto De Caza, Dana Point, Irvine, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Trabuco Canyon.

Additional Fee Disclosure
Document pickup is offered as a convenience service and is subject to an additional fee, which varies based on location and scheduling. The fee will be disclosed and approved in advance before any pickup is scheduled.
