This notice describes information you provide through the Mraz Tax Solutions LLC website contact forms and information collected automatically when you visit www.mraztax.com. Client tax documents are exchanged through our separate client portal and are governed by the privacy notice supplied during engagement.
Information collected
Our contact forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a message about the services you need. A phone number is required so we can follow up and arrange a call. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or tax documents in these forms.
Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions through Netlify Forms. Hosting and form processing may involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, process inquiries, and help prevent abuse. Our forms also use a hidden honeypot field to help identify automated spam.
How we use information and who receives it
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss the scope and pricing of services, arrange a call, and determine next steps. Form notifications are delivered by email to the firm and accessed by firm personnel handling inquiries. Netlify and our email service provider process information as part of providing those services.
We do not sell website inquiry information, purchase or enrich contact information from outside records, or use inquiries for marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Website services, maps, and external links
We do not operate website analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, live chat, an online booking calendar, or a newsletter subscription service on this website.
The contact page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies under the Google Privacy Policy. You can control cookies and third-party content through your browser settings.
Links to social networks, government resources, and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. See the Netlify Privacy Statement for information about our website hosting and form provider. Privacy information for our separate client portal is supplied during engagement.
Retention
We retain website inquiries in Netlify Forms and email for 90 days. Client engagement and tax records are handled separately under the privacy notice and record-retention practices supplied during engagement.
Client documents and security
The website contact form is for initial inquiries. After engagement, we will provide access to our secure client portal for uploading tax documents. Access and instructions are provided during onboarding.
Tax-return information is subject to separate professional and legal requirements, including applicable restrictions under Internal Revenue Code section 7216. This website notice does not replace the client privacy notice or any consent required for the use or disclosure of tax-return information.
