When a W-2 is only part of the picture
Mraz Tax Solutions LLC provides tax preparation for Irvine residents and business owners from our Rancho Santa Margarita office and remotely. If your return includes stock compensation, investment sales, consulting income, or income from another state, we review those items alongside your wages and withholding.
For employee stock and investment reporting, gather brokerage statements and supplemental equity-compensation records as well as your W-2. Cost-basis adjustments may be needed to avoid reporting income twice. If you moved or worked in multiple states, dates, work locations, and state withholding help establish the filing requirements.
We also prepare self-employed returns and business returns, coordinating business income with your personal filing.
Options for Irvine clients
After signing an engagement agreement, we will provide access to our secure client portal for uploading tax documents. Irvine is included in our document pickup service area; pickup is by prior arrangement after engagement, with an additional fee agreed before scheduling.
Office visits are by appointment in Rancho Santa Margarita. We accept tax-document drop-offs after a signed engagement agreement and by prior arrangement.
A personal review before filing
We estimate preparation timing after reviewing completed documents and scope. We generally review your draft return together. If you prefer to review on your own or cannot meet, we provide a draft and answer questions. We file after approval and e-signature on the required authorization.
Preparation and ongoing planning have defined engagement terms. Quarterly planning meetings are available for a separate fee and are not included with preparation.
