Remote service from Santa Ana
After engagement, we will provide access to our secure client portal for uploading tax documents. We generally review the draft return with you by an arranged meeting. Independent draft review and questions are available when you prefer or cannot meet. Filing follows approval and e-signature on the required authorization.
Our physical office is in Rancho Santa Margarita. Visits are by appointment, and tax-document drop-offs require a signed engagement agreement and prior arrangement. Santa Ana is not on the published pickup-area list; ask about availability before making collection plans.
We provide a quote and timing estimate based on scope and completed documents. Ongoing planning follows engagement terms, with quarterly meetings available for a separate fee.
